Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carriers.
Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day. Orders after 22:00 are shipped the next day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location:
- The Netherlands: €4.95
- Europe: €12.95
- Worldwide: €19.95
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We inspect each item before it leaves our studio. In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item please report within 14 days. If this report meets our criteria we can offer a return.
Faulty items are those with manufacturing defects or obvious quality issues. If you receive a faulty item, please send us photos within 14 days of delivery
